Potential Great Buy on Longboat Key
January 14th, 2012I had to look twice and the price per/sq/ft of the 2700 sq/ft pool home on Longboat Key. It’s listed for $325k and it’s sq/ft price is $116per/sq/ft. For those that don’t know price per sq/ft for Longboat Key homes for sale, they are usually close to $300 per/sq/ft. If you are an investor and would be willing to put a little tlc into this Longboat Key home I think you could make a nice tidy profit. Adding a florida yard instead of grass, and maybe a white pvc fence around the pool with some nice colorful plants and trees could easily turn this into a $500k plus home.
